This project came up when I saw that many people trying to play the video game Nickelodeon All-Star Brawl were confused with an integral part of the game, leading to a lower player count. I took it upon myself to create a video to explain the mechanic. I went in making sure to cover everything from the basics to advanced strategies.

It started with a basic research document that evolved into a basic outline of a script. From there, I brainstormed what would make an informative but also appealing video. That included fleshing out the script by adding my own mannerisms, as I would be recording the voice-over myself, and storyboarding what kind of graphics and editing would go where.

At that point, I had the full script, and after looking over it a few times, it was time to record the voice-over and get footage. All the recordings were then put into Adobe Premiere, where I organized the files based on different scenes. I created a rough timeline to start editing the audio and adding graphics. Everything would then start being put into place, rendered, and uploaded. Ready to be shared across the internet to new Nickelodeon All-Star Brawl players everywhere, to retain players now that they know what RPS is, leading to an overall increase in player count.
