This was one of the first projects I worked on when starting to learn After Effects. Each scene was created throughout a few weeks as I learned new mechanics of After Effects. Not only did these short animations help me learn After Effects, but they also let me go in depth on animation principals as I researched them while creating this project. I had always had some feel for these principals in past work, but now I know the how and why of animation principals. Everything was created with basic flat shapes in After Effects with no “real” 3D involved.
