Being that the design wasn’t the focus of the “Advertising Campaigns SMM” project, I had to quickly throw together a design to be used on the demo accounts. The font took a while to get right as I wanted something not too serious or childish. The smile was added when I was creating the icon, which can be seen in the demo accounts below. It gives a very welcoming feeling, I believe. Something to invite everyone to learn about their favorite advertising campaigns while they visit memory lane.

These are very short lived accounts used to demonstrate my knowledge of each platform and how to optimize content for the each platform. Twitter has quick short text based posts, Instagram has a focus on images and a short video, YouTube has a long video, and WordPress goes more in depth with text vs Twitter and can even incorporate content from the other platforms through embedding. Basically, I know social media and I know what makes all the major platforms unique beyond these four.

This is one of my first “big” video productions before I took a video production class. I planned out topics, researched, wrote the script, recorded the voice over, found video clips and added some neat effects. I really enjoyed making it and viewing the final product. I’m very surprised with the view count and its continued discovery over the years(Over 6k views as of April 2020).  I would love to have made more if I had the time. Overall, this really showcases my specialty with YouTube content creation.
